Complete our online consultation form. Once completed, we will determine your candidacy for the treatment based on Dr Dee's recommendation and your desired outcome.
Our office will be able to assist you in scheduling all your appointments and itinerary following your phone consultation appointment. If you have any questions or issues in regards to the form, please don't hesitate to contact us.
We will set up a video call with Dr Dee once you have submitted the online consultation form and required images on your preferred medium. This is necessary in order to discuss your suitability for treatment. The consultation will cover the possible treatment plans, what the procedure entails as well as a FAQ session.
Your video consultation will comprise of a comprehensive cosmetic discussion with Dr Dee. This includes a thorough examination and smile analysis. During your appointment, we will run through your treatment objectives, review your concerns, objectives and desired outcome.
Our video consultations with Dr Dee are $120 pre-paid, however this is redeemable towards the treatment you choose to go ahead with. Please plan your time accordingly as the consultation appointment is approximately 60 minutes in duration.
After your video consultation with Dr Dee, we will email you a detailed outline of the discussion, and your treatment proposal. All visits will be coordinated based on your preference and our availability.
We will collect a non-refundable deposit of $1500 AUD at this time to confirm your booking and lock in all your appointments. This payment will be deducted from your total treatment costs.
Once your appointments have been scheduled, we will forward through an information package covering all pre- and post-procedure instructions, necessities and terms and conditions. You will be required to read, sign and consent to the forms for your treatment. We recommend that you thoroughly examine all documents. You must initial each page marking that you have read its contents as well as signature and date the information package.

Vogue Dental Studios will need to be informed if you have any medical conditions, allergies or health requirements. We recommend you seeing your local health professional for a clearance prior to your treatment with us. We will need to be informed of ALL health related conditions before commencement of your procedure. We may forward you further necessary health checks after examining your online consultation form.
Our client concierge team will outline the necessary duration of your stay, as well as guide you through all the necessities - convenient accommodation, local attractions and transportation systems. We recommend arriving one full day prior to your appointment to settle in and prepare for your procedure. Depending on the treatment, we do encourage our patients to have an adult accompaniment for companionship and support.
Full payment will need to be made at least 14 days before your first scheduled appointment.
While pricing varies depending on the procedure, all interstate and international patients will have the same payment schedule.
Consultation $120 AUD - Payable before the video consultation (goes towards full payment).
Deposit $1500 AUD - Payable before appointments are secured (goes towards full payment).
Full - Full payment for the procedure payable at least 14 days before the first scheduled appointment.
We accept payment through debit or credit card, direct deposit as well as on the spot HICAPS health fund claims.
We have strict policies in place in regards to cancellations. We do our best to offer the most convenient dates and time. It is extremely important for us to schedule appointments that can be attended. Don't hesitate to let us know as early as you can with any changes.
All treatments require thorough planning and coordination between our office, ceramist, suppliers, staff and clinic. Because of this, cancellations seven days prior to your appointments will also incur a charge of 50% of the treatment onto your account. Failure to attend your scheduled appointments will result in a charge of 100% of that procedure. Patients with a history of cancellations, rescheduling or absentees will be required to pay all balances prior to reserving any future appointments.
